Reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Sales is a newly established role responsible for leading the sales team and driving new business growth. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting to The Board and the CEO, the CFO is a key partner to the executive leadership team and liaison to the PE-sponsor in the execution of the company’s strategic growth and achievement of financial goals. We are seeking a driven professional to support and improve the accounting/finance infrastructure, financially integrate add-on acquisitions, take a hands-on approach in leading the daily operations of the department, implement tracking tools, implement a treasury forecast process and collaborate with the functional leaders in developing and executing strategic objectives for each business unit.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality/Warranty Manager to lead our quality assurance and warranty processes within our manufacturing operations along with leading our field service department. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The manager will also lead efforts related to warranty analysis, customer returns, and field failure investigations to drive product reliability and customer satisfaction.
